are you non black or black? i'm black, and the type of hair you get varies--i used black diamond a couple of times and it looked nice. also, where you at determines the cost, too. i usually get mine done in ca.
you talking about weave or tracks? weave will also help your hair grow cuz the the crown they braid will protect your hair from damage if your interested.

depends on what style ur wanting .. for plain braiding hair.. they sell a pack for $1 at most dollar stores.. if you want tracks or human hair it can range ... who will be putting them in?

It depends on what style you are going for. If you are going to use synthetic hair, you know those hair that looks really shiny, it is cheaper, but certain things you cannot do with it. But human hair is different but it is more expensive and the prices vary on the brand you are buying and or the length of it too.
