i have hair on my chest and under my belly button, not much. but enough to feel uncomfortable about. the hair is very coarse and dark. i've tried waxing but it doesn't work. when i pluck, i start getting ingrown hairs. any helpful tips?

why dont you just shave it with an electric or blade razor if its already coarse and dark?
or you could bleach it if you're afriad it will grow back and you'll have to shave it constantly..
