3.) hair colour? any tips? (like curls,straight,wavy) highlights?

i would let it grow to a bit past your shoulders then get it layered up...you might want to add some copper colored highlights and i would probably lose the sidebangs.

You would suit loose curls and maybe some thin honey and plum high/lowlights all over your head
