Any tips on strengthening hair? Or is there any way to make it thicker? I have lots of hair, it's just the shafts are really thin. I don't use any heat stuff(irons, etc) or anything like that.

As far as thickening Sallys has Thickening Mousee that works really good too, it doesnt have any alcohol in it and keeps hair very healthy while it thickens. You put it in your hair and scrunch it or wide tooth comb it through and let your hair air dry.
