Yes, i think you should get your hair layered. And maybe on the left side, people ALWAYS do it on the right side. But if the right side looks best for you than go for it! If you have dark brown hair than maybe you should get carmel highlight. And if you have light brown hair than try something like Black highlights or even honey blond something to really complement your natural hair color

i think that u should put your bangs to the right side and than you should get your hair cut in layers and throw a couple of highlights in it or just leave the high lights out
