I put oil oil in my hair sometimes to help it stay soft. Its an old Mediterraneans trick. If it gets too oily, do it at night when you hair is damp and wash it out in the morning.

hair - wash your hair every other day if it's dry. If it's oily, wash it every night. For both situations, keep the conditioner in for about 5 minutes and then rinse it out in cold water.

skin - for acne, use clean and clear. Proactiv works, but it is very strong for any skin type. Use lotion all the time. For oily skin, buy the tissues that get rid of oil and you can carry it in your purse.

overall health - don't eat too much junk food! I know it's hard (I'm a chocoholic myself!) But add fruits and vegetables and lots of milk and orange juice. Water is also essential.

It takes time for any of this to work. So be patient and consistent!

hmm you know what im pretty sure its the thyroid causing your hair loss some doctors need to really go by a diff range becuase so many people have symptoms of thyroid imbalance and the docs say normal test results i guess for now all you can do is take plenty of vitamins adn eat right but if you can have a serious talk with your doctor do you have any other symptoms or is it just hair loss?
