so earlier my mom told my older sister that she has a gorgeous face! then i said "what about me, mom?" i said it sarcastically, not expecting to get a serious answer. then my mom said "you're pretty too, but you would look better if your face wasnt so thin." now i'm feeling a little self-concious. i need some beauty tips!

ok, my hair is light brown and straight but it curls a little bit at the tips, so its kinda wavy i guess.... its shoulder length with layers and bangs.

i have light skin (not white, but a light tan) and i have hazel eyes. my cheeks are a little rosy. i usually wear mascara, pinkish eyeshadow, and lipgloss. what other makeup would look good? but please keep in mind that i cant wear foundation becuase according to my mother i'm "not old enough for such make up".

please give hair advice, make up advice, anything like that. thanks

Trust me if you want to change you will just get worst.It's not your fault your ma decides to pick a better one i mean to me you sound really pretty so i have no idea what your mom was thinking.

first of all, stop obsessing. you're young and the shape of your face might change as you get a little older. i would suggest a different color eye shadow, maybe darker like purple or brown. you could also try curling your hair a little to add volume and width to your appearance.

Let me start off by saying that you probably look pretty, too! I have a big moon face and let me tell you, a thin face beats a fat face, ha ha

HAIR: I don't think shoulder length hair looks good on your face type, especially if it is straight - unless you have some short layers that give you good volume. Volume is KEY if you think your face looks too thin! I think a layered bob would look great, think about it. If you have volume in your hair side-wise, it'll make your face appear more round and not as skinny. DEFINITELY get that hair few inches off your shoulder, get some good layers to boost the volume, and maybe try some highlights to add dimension and life to your hair. MAKEUP: No offense, I'm sure your makeup look is fabulous. However, pink eyeshadow is not the easiest to master and often can look too unnatural. You said your eye color is hazel, that would look really pretty with PURPLE. Purple is a gorgeous, feminine color on ANYONE, but it's going to make your eyes REALLY pop. Also, you probably don't even need foundation as long as you have clear skin. Purple eye makeup will also look great on fair skin!
