I tip mine about 15%-20%...My hair cut is usually about $20 %26amp; I give her about $4...But this Saturday im getting a cut %26amp; color %26amp; It will be $80 so I will tip her about $15....But if your stylists really does a good job or you asked her to do something out of the ordinary I would tip her more, if she does a poor job tip her less. It depends on how much your haircut cost. I have a tip card and I'm able to figure out how much I should tip my hairdresser using my card. I pay $65.00 for a haircut and my tip is usually around $6.00. Get a tip card and then you give your hairdresser the tip he deserves.

I don't. They charge a fortune anyway and charge according to what they need to run the business and make a profit. Its not like a restaurant, where the staff are probably paid a bare minimum.

If you plan on going back to this person on a regular basis, 20% is the appropriate amount. However, if it's a once-time deal, then 10-15% would be fine.
