I'm not sure how long it will get but i can give you some ideas to help you make it grow faster and healthier.

If you trim your hair, just a bit, every so often (about every month or so), your hair will grow faster and healthier. The dead ends wont hold growth back.

If you break open a vitamin E capsule and rub it in your hair, leave it for 10 minutes, and rinse out, it makes hair stronger and shinier.

Also drink lots of water and eat healthy so your hair has more protein to grow.

Don't brush your hair with a regular brush when it is wet, use a comb. The regular comb can rip your hair, that is fragile when wet, out and make it break.

If you straighten or blow dry it, use a hair protector to keep your hair healthy.

Ok I know normal hair USUALLY grows about 1/2 inch per month. So by june it would be exactly 2 inches longer. But I don't know if african american hair grows at that rate since your guys hair is coarse and hard to manage, who knows just be patient I am sure it will grow.

By june, it will probably grow 2-4 inches. AVerage is anywhere from 1-3 cms a month.
