Ok when i take a shower i use TRESemm'e moisture shampoo then i use a bit of TRESsemm'e moisture conditioner. when i get out i blow dry my hair....it takes for ever then when im done its all flipping curly "especially the tips of the hair on the back of my hair completley flip upward" then my bangs completely flip upwards. my straightener works ok but not great and i cant buy a fairly "good" one. im getting in shower now so when i get out ill read responses, HOW CAN I GET MY HAIR MORE STRAIGHT!?!!??!?

It also helps if you run your fingers through your hair while you blow dry it, or you can get one of those stands to put the blow dryer on so that you have two hands to do your hair as it is drying.

You are so right... straighten hair takes FOREVER!!!. You need to let it air dry first before you can straighten your hair. That is the way I do otherwise my hair will go frizzy and fluffy like a poodle in the morning. I hate it. I take shower at night and let it air dry before I go bed. In the morning I blow dry with round brush that will give you a fresh look.

Definatly get a straightner. If your hair is really bad you can buy a chi. I have one and it is awesome and worth the 150 dollar price tag. But if it isn't really really curly, My sister has a Cricket straight crazy. It was like 35 bucks and you can order it from your hairdresser or check online. It does pretty good. Make sure you use some products. I like Vavoom straight gel and Redken Align cream. It helps keep it straight and silky. If that doesn't work tell your hairdresser what is going on, maybe she/he can cut it a little differently.
