I've been using my hair straightner for a yr. now.My sis gets mad @ me b/c she says i had better hair b4. Now my hair has turned real bad curly, it's poofy and untamable when i come out the shower. So i feel the only way to make it better is straightening it pretty much every day. I know it's bad, but i can't stop.

I need some tips for healthy hair, i can't buy anything though so its hard. But is there anyway to make things better? please help! i need my hair back!

I got the same problem from over processing and straightening my hair too much. My hair stylist told me to load deep conditioning conditioner onto my hair and leave it on for 3-4 hours a day/for at least three times a week. The more you are able to do it the better it is for your hair. My hair is so soft and healthy now! You will feel and see the results within a week!

GOODLUCK!
