Bleaching hair?
Your picture isn't showing up. You'll need at least a friend to help you apply bleach to your hair so it is done evenly. Your hair isn't going to fall out unless you bleach your hair too many times at once.
Since your hair is medium brown, you'll probably need to bleach it twice. You need to go to a Sally's store and buy bleaching powder and developer, along with a toner. You can talk to the salesperson to find out which shade/brand etc you should buy for your hair.
You'll need to bleach it once and add toner. If it isn't as light as you want it to be or if it turns green (yes, this sometimes happens). Then you need to wait 2 days before bleaching it again. Make sure you condition your hair well in between to keep it from being dry.
You should be able to get your hair as light as a platinum blonde by the second bleaching with the toner. Make sure you use lots of conditioner afterwards. I recommend Redken Smooth Down conditioner.
good luck :)
Bleaching hair?
Haha, if anybody should know, it's me.
I had black hair and then bleached it to white.
It's true that it will go orange first, but you hair won't FALL OUT, the ends will be damaged and they will break, so it's more likely you'll have to opt for a new hairstyle too..
It took me around 5 times to reach blonde from black (in one day, mind you) so for you it will be maybe two or three.
It's not reccomended to do it all in one day, so take a weekend and DON'T make plans, unless you want to be ginger.
Do it once friday, once saturday, once sunday and then get a blonde DYE and dye over the bleach, making it all around one color.
And a tip: Put your hair in a shower cap and blast it with a hairdryer for the developing time, as it speeds up the process. x
Bleaching hair?
you have to have thick hair and the write face for it
so a picture of YOUR face would help us out on seeing if it would look good or not
