Getting hair like this?

My current hair:

Long, very straight except the ends, lots of frizz though and split ends and breakage, VERY flat, side bangs, and I always wear it down.

Well actually that's the best picture I could find of her roots, but her hair is kind of messy there and not exactly what I want. BUT ANYWAYS See how at her hair part, her hair doesn't lie flat there but is still straight everywhere else. So she still has some volume.

Tips on polished hair like that?

wow this is weird my hair sounds just like what you are trying to describe and ive wanted my hair like hers the past couple months lol i dont have flat hair though so i cant help you sorry

just cut the very ends of ure hair...and ure good 2 go..=)
