i already have naturally wavy hair, but it's curly at the ends and i have layers, so i always end up looking like a poodle...and it's more ringlet curly than pretty wavy curly like her hair. any tips? advice??? thanks muchooo0

when you get out of the shower, put your hair in many braids and leave it liek that un til it dries,

then release your hair and scrunch it with mousse or hairspray it.

You may want to get a spiral perm. If you have curly hair it may help as a relaxer.

Her hair looks naturally like that, so it probably won't look the same when you do it, but get a scrunching cream/spray for your hair. Also, layers are very bad for curly hair, as they do exactly what they do to your hair, make it look like a poodle's.
