Pink Tips?!?

I want to get pink tips on my hair, you know just like and inch on the ends because my mom is really worried about damaging hair and stuff so if I just do the ends i can cut it off if it gets all screwed up. Anyways do any of you have experience with pink tips? Does it screw up your hair? Anybody with pictures of what I want will get best answer, if they are really good I will give you best answer twice, i will ask a question about nothing and you will answer it and get best answer again :D Thank you SOOO much!!!

It won't mess your hair up. It might dry it out a bit depending on whether they bleach it or what kind of dye they use, but that's easily fixable.

I don't have pictures, but I did this. (Bottom 4 inches of my hair)

I have very dark hair, so I had to strip the color out before doing the pink. I used a heavy conditioner after stripping the color and waited 24 hours before doing the pink. After that, I used a color protection shampoo and conditioner. It didn't really do any serious damage, but then again, I only did it once.

well my friend got pink tips and it worked for her pretty good but they bleach out really easy if u go swimming or something...make sure ur hair is long so that if u do screw them u can just cut it off....and the right products dont damage ur hair...the salon prouducts peferably...=]

well if you can put it in a ponytail then I suggest putting it up and whatever the ponytail part dye that pink. hair dye is damaging but tipping isn't too bad because your right you can cut the ends off.. here are some cute pics

one of my friends is on a dance team and they all dyed the ends of their hair pink and it looked really good!!

Dirty blonde is so many colors, any other color in there will just look weird. And unfortunately, pink hair/tips is done so much at my school that I'm not too fond of it anyway. If you like it, go for it, but it probably won't look too sexy.
